I just git billed by budget for "damadges" as a result of filling up with diesel . They want over 600 $ even though I didn't drive the car so really all that was needed was suctioning out. In addition I had a 1/2 tank gas b4 filling do if they were honest they wouldn't over charge. I'm submitting a claim and I'm going to dispute the charges till I get reimbursed.
They also charged 90 dollars for gas. I filled up several times while there and s full tank is about 60 not 90

Crunch You're wasting your time. Just call Noah. Or for that matter any of the Agents, however, Noah will be cheaper. An order what you need and you'll be fine. You'll be happy. Stop wasting so much time.
As a side note from all the back and forth here It seems like This is your first time of renting and driving in Israel. If you don't know what the driving is like over there. You might want to speak to people that have that experience. You might be much better off forgetting about your own run boat and using buses and taxis. You should also know that even if you use Waze. You could end up in areas where you do not want to be. You really need to know. Your way around before you start driving.

Could you message me with a contact?  The prices that I am being quoted online are absurd and/or definitely not inclusive.  I would also like both my husband and myself to drive (we definitely meet the over 25 category, at least in years).  If it means a significant price difference, we would deal with the inconvenience of a shuttle at the airport)  So to recap: for the rental

Included with Your Rental
Prefer car that seats at least 5 (2 grandkids with carseats)
2 drivers,
Chase Visa either Amazon or Southwest.  I have proof of CDW insurance from both.
Also a member of AAA, AARP, and ADA (American Dental Association, husband)
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Tell noach what your looking for regarding capacity.
You can call them and speak to a live person.
You also shouldnt necessarily go with the smallest car even if its a few dollars cheaper. The smaller engines are not good when you are driving uphill. They use more gas because they are weak. The cost of gas will cost you more then what you saved on the rental . (Gas in Israel is very expensive)
S Toyota corolla (or any car in that class )should work well for you. You also can request specifically for a corolla .although its not guarenteed there is a good chance you will get it. They ate goof on gas and many of them have backup camera which is very helpful for parking there (if your lucky enough to even find parking)
BTW you will need to download pongo or cellopark for parking.
Personally I would recommend that you not drive in yerushalayim. The congestion is terrible & you'll save a lot of time by using busses / taxies

I've been renting for years with noach rent a car. They have the vest prices and even if you have to use the shuttle (when returning not when you arrive) its no big deal . Its only a fed minutes & its even less schlepping because the shuttle gets you to the curb so your right by the enterance to the airport .

i rented budget in israel and returned a week ago. my credit card isnt showing any charges yet and even the hold that they put on it is not showing in my acct. anyone has experience with them. Ive been renting yearly for a long time and usually the charge is there within a day or two of the return. the hold also usually shows and reduces my available credit line

I accidentally filled up diesel instead of regular gas in Israel.
Does the credit card insurance (saphire reserve) cover me for what the rental is going to charge for this mess?

I booked elal with the QF deal a few months ago and was able to choose seats. I called the regular us number.
In fact when checking now it seems that the outgoing flight was changed from 777 to the dreamliner & they have me in the same seat as my return flight which was (is) also the 787

Anyone have experience with elal to get the first class section seat when its not booked at all. I'm flying out on a business seat and there are a few first class seats that as of now are blocked for booking (its a 777 that still has those few seats) if I show up 3 hrs early any chance of getting it?

If you don't need the sim when you arrive and can wait till you get in to yerushalayim then there is a table in shefa on the 2nd floor where its very good prices. It includes unlimited calls and 20 gigs of data for 39 shekel . That's a lot cheaper then global 012.
I spoke to the guy last week and tried convincing him to have someone here in the states be able to give you a similar b4 you leave

can i still use avios for a american domestic flight from nyc to lax? has that partnership ended? if yes does anyone have a way of using avios for a domestic flight?

What exactly is so slow ? That I didn't get on this site to check replies? BTW I'm on Israel time . For some reason I'm not getting any email about replies

I was not feeling well and had to get up a few times. He said "this guy has ants in his pants"
I think it was uncalled for and it is not something to say about a customer. Especially a paying (not a mileage ticket) customer in business class.
I think I'm going to write back that in order to keep me from going on social media I expect a full ticket for travel .

I had a situation on united flight to tlv where a steward made a nasty comment to another stewardess about me.  I told him that I heard what he said and he did not even appologize.
I wrote united that i decided to give them a chance to respond before going to social media. (I gave them alk the details and even said that i can send them a picture of the guy if they want) the response from united was they put 10,000 bonus miles in my acct.
Any one have any experience with this kind of experience. I wad expecting more then that.

what is the latest situation in tlv when bringing in cooked meat. im taking about 30+ lbs. how big of a chance is it?
