Thanks! do you have more pics? Do they have a menu?
Don't have any other pics also thought I took a pic of the kosher menu but can find it sorry. Can probably ask the hotel to email it to you

See some pics below, was excellent & very fresh, They're obviously limited in terms of spices & ingredients but sure beats Pomegranate etc..

And they get all new pots I assume? How do you know they don't use them in between your meals?
They charge you $100 for a full brand new kit, 2 each pots, knives, cutting boards etc..
They put it in a bag labeled with your room number & keep it by the kitchen office.

How do they make kosher food? Do you turn on the fire and watch?
Depends on each person's level of kosher observance, some definitely just turn on the fire and leave, I turned on the fire and stayed there until the cooking was done, checked each ingredient as it was put in etc..

I met some ppl who said chef offers kosher meals with brand new kosher kit. Maybe someone else can chime in.

They provided a large fridge and freezer for $25 a day. Well worth it. Brought a small toaster oven and at just fine.

I would say try this place for a day then head to BT.

Stayed @ Nizuc we had an overall incredible experience. Hotel & service are top notch. We bought their kosher kit & they made us breakfast & lunch everyday, omlettes (with C"Y cheese), french toast, they have C"S pancakes, fresh fish, french fries etc.. they can also make meat dishes but we didnt do that.
The delivery situation is very annoying & i'm not excusing it but they didnt give us a problem eating outside our room.

Never stayed at BT so can't compare but from reports that it can be 50% frum occupancy would definitely stick with Nizuc.

what does that mean? ill be there sunday.  :(
See below from Rabbi Druk, i checked all 3 restaurants will deliver there.

"With the hotel alone you won't have a problem.  they have just been giving giving guests a very hard time with kosher food and being that we have been getting so many complaints I put it out there."
"I hope you don't have any problems. But some of the complaints that came to me from guests was forcing them to eat their kosher food outside hotel property. Not letting them bring in the kosher food In to the hotel etc etc sadly too many episodes of harassment. But I hope things have changed that's why I would love to hear how your experience goes."

From the Chabad Cancun website, I emailed them for more info but anyone know what this is about?

"Unfortunately due to the widespread discrimination against Kosher guests at the Nizuc hotel, Kosher restaurants have discontinued providing kosher meals there."

If you need 20 rooms just make your own thing
Can do that, but looking for a place that has a caterer worked out
