Where is everyone davening this shabbos? Seems YI is closed to guests, and the shul is open by registration.

Anyone have any issues with MYS recently?
what kind? A couple weeks ago they lied and said packages delivered on yom kippur and the friday prior really came tuesday. While not proven, they also seem to have delayed scans so they can check in packages at lower prices. For the record, I think they did end up retracting their ridiculous behavior and paid out the originally promised prices.

If a car is left outside, unlocked with the keys inside, is it called getting broken into?
No, thatís called asking for it.

Can we start a poll for Beachwood: was your car broken into or stolen in the last few weeks?

Obviously the situation is highly fluid and can get better or worse over the next few weeks. But as of now, is Simchas Torah in CLE cancelled this year? Asking for the Beachwood/UH area

As the new school year begins, it's common knowledge that future is extremely unpredictable. Nobody can tell you if schools and playgroups will still be open in a month. Does the halacha change now that both parties know a shutdown is a possibility?

They better have online ordering with quick pickup lines, especially motzai shabbos.
You can get 4 oil changes in Lkwd quicker than you can pick up a pie of pizza in CLE :)

For the most part, I don't believe people are claiming the charges were not authorized. He often did swipe peoples cards for unauthorized amounts at unauthorized times. But the point of the letter is that he was not authorized to swipe the card to use it to pay someone else's swiped card and cycle the funds to pay other peoples cards off. He made a promise to use it for legitimate business spend and a promise to repay. Both of which he failed to do.
BH I had no involvement in any of these cases. But if legal means fail to produce any sort of payment plan, I'm surprised everyone seems content to let him live out his life peacefully.

letter put out by a rav today!
A random Rav from California.
I highly doubt any Rav in Lkwd/Jackson/TR would publicly say anything about him.

Seems to have the fifth part spelled out in the last paragraph, to the extent that it could be spelled out.
I feel like this is another example of "those less careful" having an advantage over those "more frum".

Rather?
Is that a psak?
He was nervous for her safety.
Definitely not a psak.
