Can you gift an spg reservation, and still receive the 5th night free?

when you check in for the 4 nights at the front desk, that is when they can add on the 5th night free.

I heard from a reliable source that it was new ownership.

that would explain the new name, and the same original OK hashgocha. Looking forward to going again -- they had a great menu, very good smoothies and waffles, and ideally will have more improved bakery-pastries and customer service when they open up once again.

Keurig has a 20%-site-wide sale on their products until midnight tomorrow 5/30. FREE Shipping, too.

After item is in card, enter code: welcomesummer for 20% discount.

Getting special access to the Great Synagogue and the Jewish Museum is a great perk of a Jewish tour -- plus in depth explanations, and the details of where they lived within the areas of the ghetto and the actual Jewish history and perspecitve is beneficial.

Ended up at Schwartz on pico. Very decent.

$4.50+ for one medium chocolate danish take-out.

If you can get in (almost) anywhere with a Btl, I can't imagine Excelsior is any worse.

excelsior plus a 166 lsat is not a great combination. Maybe he had excellent letters in his applications.

KOSH Shabbat Menu

More Affordable:

This $85/adult is $111.18 when you include the 9% tax and the 20% service charge!

They sequenced it that way -- are they seriously adding the 20% service charge to your tax, as well??

The waiters deserve to be paid -- however can't this come from part of the $85/pp fee?!?! (This appears to be a nice meal of a variety of salads and a Roast Beef main dish... = $85/pp)

Wow looks great , will try this recipe tonight or tom.

it is really good. @Dan -- this cheesecake reminds me of the Yacov's cheesecake at "Sari's" pizza shop when it was still around... Really delicious, rich, and creamy.

So any good cheese cake recipes out there?

this recipe is really great. small DDF-size photo, (can be made plain, without mini-chocolate chips) will find a link for it, too:

Who has better shabbos takeout? Sarahs tent or kosher kingdom?

Kosher Kingdom also has great fresh baked pizza that you can buy to enjoy for Friday lunch, after buying all of your Shabbos take-out. Crispy crust and great sauce!

Gotcha, see it on their site now. and has menu and hours.

nice menu. Thinking of visiting SF area this summer. This place does not have dinner hours?

I thought all the CY ice cream is just Klein's or whatever in buckets, shiooed in from NY. They made their own? I'm pretty sure Munchies doesn't, or TCG (his wife).

Munchies ice cream would taste great if they would serve the Klein's or Mehadrin buckets, however I think that the owner said that this is their product (whether ordered or made in CA; not from NY.)

Closed a few months ago, along with the grocery store next door.

:'(  really nice people, great products --- and they had the best dairy CY ice cream. Hoping that Munchies can figure out a better formula. So much potential  -- Serendipity in FL does an amazing job with their dairy CY ice cream!

Nut house is long gone. Glad milkys has good hashgocha now

really?! didn't know that -- Wasn't the Nut House open right before Pesach this year:
