How did you do it??

I asked why they cancelled it and why they never informed me that the order was cancelled. Told them I had been waiting for it to come because they never told me they cancelled it....

The rep i got was very understanding and even expedited the shipping for free in addition to matching the original pprice.

im only able to read one line at a time in English by clicking the line in the gemara. is that how its supposed to be?

On the top of the screen there is a symbol of a book with an arrow pointing to a letter "A", if you click on it it switches the app to the english side of the artscroll gemara.

Good thing I locked in a dozen years at $79.

But I'm still not able to use it as I don't want to give up my sharing benefits.

I was able to use a gift of prime i had locked in at $79 (on 10/8/17) and then got them to reinstate my grandfathered sharing benefits.
