Quick TR
Hyatt Ziva
Very accommodating to Kosher
Put tinfoil around every plate, double wrapped fish, vegetables, potatoes etc for us.
We gave him egg pan to make eggs in morning, he gave us the eggs in a cup to check for blood, had us put fire on etc.
Isla Mujeres one day - took a bus - it was 1 or 2 stops away from hotel. it was either .50 cents or $1 per person, we just gave 2. Was great! Got there too early, need to be there 15-20 min before departure. They said return from island back to Cancun was only 6pm, but it was really every hour.
Dolphins on site
Ember was a little pricey (shnitzel was $33) - but was delicious! Would go back!
Also, Ziva has photographers on site, not expensive, beautiful natural backgrounds, if going to the ziva, def bring some nice clothes for a photo shoot in case you go through with it. We took professional pics and they came out amazing.Out of the whole photo shoot we picked out 8 pics and it came out to $130 or $150 (much cheaper then professional photographers elsewhere where you pay for time, not pics)
Also, rented a Cabana on the beach one day for $89 (no tax), was beautiful!
Overall, wonderful trip - Went Sunday-Thursday - Had 930am flight out of JFK, next time I would try and find an earlier flight to get more hours in Cancun.
