How about you take a look at

Top 50 sellers by feedback, how many are based in Brooklyn? 2. (Both in the 30-40 range).
And in 2 different zip codes. As I said earlier,

its  only  showing  of feedback   not  the amount   you are  selling

A month or two ago they restricted a bunch of stuff but said it was a mistake. But now I noticed a bunch of brands, and they are charging 1-2k to become ungated, in addition to providing documents. I see hp, Nikon, Lego, and a few others that I never sold before. Brands I've sold in seem fine...

if i show store receipts  for lego  will they  approve ?   will pay the $1000  fee

Everyone ships different sized items in different quantities to different places.
Everyone can and should do the math for themselves to decide whether Inventory Placement makes sense for their business.

for over size   item do not use  Inventory Placement   as it  will cost you a lot more then  the $1 they charge you

I'm a little new to selling on Amazon and wondering if someone can help me out, I just got approved for the beauty category and have something to sell which I would like to do FBA, I see someone is selling it already. But when I try adding it to my inventory it's say that it's a hazardous item and it can't be shipped via FBA.. Does that mean the other seller got clearnce or something? And all I need is a phone call? Or is it more complicated? Hope I'm not all over the place, Thanks in advance

to send in hazard is only by invitation  if you can got in let me know trying for a few years

Anyone here with experience of a Non-FBA return, that the buyer sent back a different item than what was shipped to him?

you will lose the a-z  clams  as i did its you word and his word
i email in pictures  open a case with CS  before he open a a-z clams  and still lost

Featured selling rocks! That being said, selling on Amazon is tricky.
When your livelihood depends on it, you must be vigilant.
Negative feedback and potentially bad performance can eliminate featured status.
Whenever possible, it is best to side with the customer.
IME, when you tell a buyer to ship something back, their response can lead you
to the right resolution.
Also, I purchase shipping insurance on every package that goes out being
sold for more than $10. U-pic is great at paying up when something goes wrong.
I have received about $250 YTD on insurance claims for lost and damaged shipments.

how much did you paid  ytd    for the insurance  ?
for a $ 10 pk to pay insurance  its a extra $1 for it why do it

So after emailing the buyer a few times back and forth, he accused me of being dishonest and opened an A-Z claim (which I was probably going to have to end up doing anyway). I offered to refund everything minus shipping, and I even offered him to refund $50 and let him keep it, but nothing doing. He insists it's used and damaged.
How does Amazon resolve a case when the seller claims something was sent brand new, and the buyer claims that it arrived used and damaged, and neither side can prove anything?
Anything else I should know before responding to the claim?

you will   lose  the a- z claim  and the buyer will not have to send it back the item to you amazon will always keep the word of the buyer

Long story short - a friend of mine fell for this scam about 6 weeks ago, he was promised $2500 because his wife was not approved for CC's so he will only get half of $5k, okay fine. Today he recieved a check of $1500!!!!!!! When he called them up they claimed that they did not receive the bonus on one of the cards they opened for him   :o :o He asked "I have no idea what you're talking about, you told me you apply for the cards, you do the spending and I just get a check in the mail of $2500" they said they can't help him. They made off him 350,000 MR points (over $5,000 worth) and they gave him $1500. I have no words.

This is all besides the point that they did refundable tickets, deposited checks which had no coverage, and his account is under  a FR now.

I think it's time Dan should write up a post about them and reveal their scam.

call up this guy  tell him or  he is giving you your money if not you are disputing the charges tell me how fast you will got you money
