i am Staying iy"h in Crowne Plaza Stamford CT. for New Years weekend Shabbos, and i am looking to extend for 2-3 more days somewhere in the area, any recommendations for a nice hotel, good restaurants, and some attractions for a couple

i have 2,243 AAdvantage miles, i no longer use this card and its about to expire, what can i do with it, besides of MAGSFORMILES.com? (they don't have any magazines that interest me)

i searched, and dint find anybody with this issue... only answers for bigger miles quantity....

Im going to stay in NYC (Times Square) for 2 Days next week, and im would like to go visit some attractions like Empire S B and  Madame Tussauds (Wax Attraction) etc.
does it pay to buy passes in advance? and if do should i pay for the fast track (or whatever its called) so i don't waste time waiting, or it shouldnt be busy this time of the year and week (Tuesday-Wednesday)
and where should i buy tickets? direct or via third party (Expedia)

i will appreciate any help and advise
