Any minimum rental required?
3 days minimum. Read the full t&c:
https://images.hertz.com/pdfs/Hertz_Summer_Promotion_Rules.pdf
Very unclear. The restaurant credit says 3 day minimum but not the others.

Anyone know this or did you ever find out?
Looking specifically at united, but good to know about any. Whats the process? What if I put in wrong date on first leg, then call to correct(easier than calling to book atm)?
What would putting the wrong date help?

Is there any issue for Israelis connecting in Europe to the US?
Not sure. Do you mean entering Europe or entering the US?

Is Turkish still the cheapest to book United economy awards to Israel?
Yes

Interesting, may be a glitch on their end. Does this work when you book on a different CC on an OTA? Shouldnít be any different, since the CC that shows on your itinerary is not your United card so it doesnít look like itís because of the split payment.

Can anyone confirm that British Airways will assign a seat on the return leg when an infant turns two mid-trip? Is this still in effect? Are there any other airlines that do it?
Does any other airline offer this on intercontinental flights? Looking to fly to Israel with my infant turning 2 mid trip. Any advice will be appreciated. (I know itís safer to book him a seat...)

Almost definitely illegal and may win a cc dispute as well.
Case law has established the right to fly half way on a ticket. As usual, the airlines are the ones breaking the law.
So can I ask them to check my bag halfway and tell them straight out Iím dropping the second leg?

Friend of mine told me his wife was flying OW,  LGA-MSP-YEG (Edmonton) on DL. In LGA they told her she can't get on because of COVID restrictions to Canada. She responded, so let me get off in MSP (her real destination). Gate agent made her buy a new ticket for LGA-MSP.
Is that legal? Does she have the right legally or halachically to dispute the charge for either ticket?
Totally legal and no grounds for dispute. They have no obligation to take her to MSP.
This is one of the basic mistakes of HC tickets.
She could probably get travel credit for her original ticket.

Even to LTN?
Why would they want to compete with wizz and easyjet on that route?
Just wondering, what made you choose those 4 destinations? BCN, CDG and AMS both have LCC competition. Routes without that would include FRA, MAD, BRU, ZRH, MUC

I haven't heard anything but it sounds very likely.
Once they get rid of 10 737 that leaves them with 10,  which I would guess would be used for London, CDG, AMS, BCN
They use wide-body planes for LON
