If you eat Rabbanut then what was the issue anyways after that? :)

The official hechsher is Rabbanut. There are many products that are Mehadrin. Your best bet would be to contact the hotel and get in touch with the Mashgiach and then make your decisions from there.

I dont know kashrut and the rabbi behind  it and the different levels hence why i posted here. I wouldnt even know where to start for own research.

It's not. It's plain rabbanut. You can do further research as to whether they still maintain a mehadrin standard as they were known to in the past

Great. Now i just got confused. Who am I supposed to be trusting.
