What are the going rates for badchunim?
E.g. What would one charge to come to a sheva brachos in Bklyn for an hour or so?

The ones that are upset at people wearing masks are basically the same ones who complained about masks while thousands were dying each day. They have an agenda.

I can make a list of ten items and most of them would qualify for 8 or more.

Please go ahead

KSA is approved by the CRC.

What are the option for PCR test upon arrival in TLV? No more free PCR with check2fly?

Any reason to take the "speedy" over the "slow"?

What's the situation for the PCR test upon landing at TLV 05/25? No provider yet?

What test results?  When you apply for permission to enter you don't need to show a test.  Vaccination record, passport birth certificate etc doesn't have address on it.  I sent the email and the first correspondence I received from them was a pdf of the actual Ishur

Got it.

You are right - in my case I was applying for an individual who has recovered from COVID-19, so they have to show a positive result + negative result.

the items I sent it doesn't indicate where I live but my ticket does originate in JFK, NY.

The test results don't give it away?

So you received no response until you actually got the permit PDF?

I emailed NY consulate last week and didn't hear back.  I emailed the Washington Consulate on Monday and it just came!! BH.  I'm so relieved.

I want to thank everyone for all your tips and help.  I wouldn't have thought of the Washington Consulate without my fellow readers.

Did all your info indicate you live in NYC? How about the ticket, did it originate in NY?

I'm embarrassed to be a citizen of this country

Can someone post a screenshot?

The Palestinians will eventually have their own state, and the voices promoting terror will quiet down like the rest of Israel's neighbors did when they recognized it's futility.

Israel (and the controlling Palestinian elite) prefer the status quo than an independent state, so nobody has real incentive to push for progress.

Why is that, if the terror will quiet down?

What happens if DDMS doesn't donate as much as the DDF matches? Who from DDF doesn't match?

There's a time zone besides for ET?

There are people who think so...

I guess I'll leave the matching open for another hour.

Maybe add a time zone

Can I add $720? Where do I donate?

See next post, sending someone in person to misrad hapnimYes on relevance, no on appt. Go early and be prepared to waitSpecifically Israel, most will give it to you if you call

Does the Israeli first-degree relative have to go to the office or can I send someone else with the documents?

Move your number to an IVR system - so if it's a real person -- they would need to press a digit to be connected to you.
That's what I do. Also, get a number from a different calling area  / state where you do not have any contacts  - majority of junk calls come from the same area code as your number - so don't pick up that area code / or block it.

How do you call out of that number?

The police isn't in charge of planing events. They either approve or deny a plan. We all know the police couldn't deny Meron if they wanted to. Covid has nothing to do with this - it was certified as a 'spontaneities religious event' (which is a category for events the police cannot stop)  even before Covid, since it didn't meet standard safety protocols and the police didn't consider it safe enough issue regular permits.

Please elaborate. Why not?

Very common

I have seen דעיע, maybe it's a typo....

One other development is that you can go in person to משרד האוכלוסין in Yersualayim (only)(Queen Shlomziyon St 1, Jerusalem, 9414601, Israel) and they will give you an ishur in person for entry of eligible individuals. Apparently the process is very quick, people are in and out in 20 minutes. From 8 to 10 you can come without appointment, after 10, by appointment only

Is this still relevant?

Is an appointment needed?

Does the Israeli first-degree relative have to go to the office or can I send someone else with the documents?

On another note: Would it help to resend my documents to the NYC consulate or would they just get aggravated and delay it more (Israeli style)?
It's already 8 days since I sent it in with no response...
