No, don't forget Telegram has multi device support, so it's considered like another device.
Right, but - to his question - since this interacts with your account it can (let's say it would want as part of the filtering) mess with your things.

Will trying out these apps mess up my primary telegram installation?
No (as far as I tried.)

From what I understand the phones latest update G has a caller ID you just need to push the volume button to see it once you get a call.
Thanks, will check.

But no caller ID right away? (I did see something like that on the filter that Geder installs.)

Who needs a mouse get a phone with a touch screen
For someone that for some reason wants this phone, a mouse is a big plus.

@Kosher_Cellutions, does your solution have the caller ID displayed on the outside screen? (I'm asking because I remember you writing that it does, but saw it by someone installed, and it didn't have it.)

Does it matter? I have built over 100 kosher models in 10yrs that’s all that matters.
Why answering offended? He's just curious and astounded.

The answer probably is that at some point you worked with Jewish companies (on the actual selling and promoting) but now working (only?) on your own.

Interesting that OP is either an European or an Israeli working on American phones. Based on his post time today.
Why do you think he's necessarily Jewish? Working on a product for Jews doesn't mean he's Jewish.

Not sure if this was previously chatted about or if this is the correct forum. I have a smartphone but would like to have a flip phone when not at work. The flip phone should have call, text. Alternatively, I would have another smart phone fully filtered.

Without changing sim cards a few times a day. How can I have my calls and texts come through on both phones. I do want to have only 1 phone number.
Maybe T-Mobile DIGITS

The joke with this news is that it's all massively hyped up on some rumors and wannabeism... as if we didn't talk in 2015 of Apples plans to build a car in 2019/2020...

"Apple speeds up electric-car effort, sees 2019 shipments: WSJ, citing sources" CNBC (9/2015)
"With an internal goal of 2020 to begin building its own car" Apple Insider (9/2015)

If I don't have a US number then it can't be added as a forwarding number and therefore when I call in from a different number I have no forwarding number to put in..
Oh, don't believe there is a workaround for that.

Anyway to avoid having to have a second number? (Or have a non US number)
Not sure what "avoid having to have a second number" means. Can'r you link it to your number?

Also, are you sure you can't call in to the menu from any number? IIRC you can do it from any number, it will just prompt you first to enter one of the forwarding number.

When trying to call through Google voice on a different number it requires the phone number of a linked phone, is there anyway to add a forwarding phone that it won't actually forward to? (My problem is my phone isn't a US number)
You can toggle call forwarding Off for a linked number.

Even without a smartphone? How does it work?
In the menu that you call in to listen to your voicemails you can press 2 to make an outgoing call.

You call to the GV number and press * when you get to the VM greeting (or set in the GV setting online that it should right away go to the menu when calling from your number, to change this setting you'd need to switch to the old GV interface [https://www.google.com/voice/b/0/redirection/voice] there you should find it under Phones>Edit>Advanced.)
