Friend got speeding camera ticket on cousins car got points and 3000 shekel fine any way out?  Any ideas?

You could get away with the points if a foreign citizen claims he was driving while speeding.

Permit/2hr parking/metered all around. City of beverly hills parking ordinances.

Not sure about WABH, but when I stayed at SLS there was always parking on the street behind the hotel with no permit required.

Hmmm
Already has a legitimate ticket to leave Israel 5 days later. Problem is that current visa expires in 3 days...and absolutely cannot risk being marked as overstaying B2 because must be back in country later this year for an extended period of time. So only need a few days extension. I guess it's not a sure thing one will get any extension.

if your not a real tourist... and you have been in Israel for a while on B2 visas they might not let you through (from experience ).

In my personal experience going to an agent could be a huge difference. They just know what discounts to apply. I don’t think you’re paying a lot ( although depending what coverage you got), but you should be able to do better.
