As of now it's been taken over by the company but everything is staying the same , they are stuck in the same contract with Hilton as when last owner signed so they can't just sell it or break away from Hilton. Everything is finally done with the hotel (pool and spa) so when someone buys it , doesn't make sense to gut it to rebuild it . Makes sense to leave it as a hotel.

Bc they don't want people on points there is hardly any staff there and doesn't pay to have to worry about people coming on points , I have a feeling they will block August soon as doesn't look like any tourist are coming , Hilton tlv blocked points till sept a while ago.

Seems like Hilton will extend e/o non expired nights got an email that states
For all unexpired Weekend Night Rewards as of March 11, 2020, and all new ones issued until August 30, 2020, we are extending the expiration date through the end of next summer (August 31, 2021). There is no need for you to do anything, as your certificate(s) are being automatically updated in our systems.
