You haven't been banned, your orders are getting cancelled. Banned means you can't even place an order. Try ordering a fridge, bet you they'll let that one through  :D

I stand corrected, so far every order I've made has been cancelled minutes later, this happened today and 2 weeks ago when I last tried to place an order. The official reason is it can't verify the billing info but the billing is fine I even asked amex just now just to confirm and they said everything is good to go.

 :(

UPDATE: Try logging in, this whole time I was using guest checkout, I logged in and so far so good.

I've googled myself out, already,

I have this bulb which I think is an "sylvania f34cw/ss"



I'm looking for a replacement that I can buy online (with delivery) and so far I haven't found an exact match, can anyone help me find a similar one. I don't care about the wattage etc... I just need something that will work and wont blow the ballast.

Of all the emails I've sent Marriott the only one that I got a reply was the one I posted above telling me I'm ineligible for credit. Every other email has been ignored.

Sigh, glad I never actually opened the Marriott cc.
