So the question is, do I book now without the FFN, then hopefully add it later, or not book yet, and risk the prices going up?
It says clearly that you must book the ticket with the FFN.

Was yours a new account too?
Yes. it actually worked for the first booking but stopped after that.

When trying to book it won't allow me to put my IB FFN, it says that my name on my reservation doesn't match the name on the FFN. which doesn't make sense since I'm booking logged in, and selected that I'm flying so the name was input DIRECTLY from my FFN. I tried typing it in manually as well.
Any recourse?
It happened to me last night but started working again in the morning.

Go through security?
Better than checking into an hotel.

no you can't.
Why not? tell the bank you only bought the ticket because they promised 9k miles.

Aside from that, odds seem high that they renege.
Then you can dispute the charge.

you can be sceptical..fact is I saw it in writing.
ETA: not sure what NY has to do with it because they do the BOS KSML locally (at least the assembly)
How is it even possible to do it for $2.50?

Anyone have any KSML pics from AF, KL, or LH from YUL?
My friend was on AF and said it was the best KSML he ever had, but he doesn't have pics and doesn't know which caterer it was.

Personally, I think Elal should asterisk certain flights and say that while they are scheduled to land before Shabbat, they won't go out of their way in the event of delays, and PAX should book at their own risk, or fly on an earlier or later flight.

I don't think Elal should go through the charade of sending new planes to Europe which does nothing to actually prevent Chillul shabbos (and ends up creating more Melacha with now 3 flight crews flying), and I don't think in the future they should make a stop before Shabbos to deplane frum people at all.

I think Elal was in the wrong here, only because over the years they gave the impression that they would protect pax on shabbos, and barely met that commitment. They ought to just be upfront and say any flight with a scheduled arrival within X hours of Shabbos won't be protected.
Then they'll face massive backlash for flying on Shabbos.
