Credit Cards And Finance / Re: Credit Card with Parental Controls

Any card allows you to set limits for AUs. Amex business cards make it very easy.
Don't your employees have to be 18 to get an AmEx card?

Credit Cards And Finance / Credit Card with Parental Controls

I'm looking to open a card for a teen, to track purchases and be able to limit/freeze credit as necessary.
Is Greenlight a good option? Anyone have any experience with Greenlight?
Any other good options out there?

Will Cuomo be ousted? And will NY recover from his poor leadership?

Perhaps someone can advise.

After submitting my EIDL application I realized I should have reported a bit more income (under $1000) to 2019. The problem is that if they pull my tax transcripts it may show as inconsistent.

I called SBA. The rep first said I can wait to hear from them. If it turns out to be an issue I will have a chance to give an explanation.
Then she said I can email distastercustomerservice@sba.gov and they will add whatever I write to my application.

Today a different rep said to email pdc@reconsideration.sba.gov because it is a loan. It seemed to me that the first rep knew better what she was saying, but not sure.

Does anyone have an idea if it is better to sit it out and update them if there is an issue or to email them stating that x money should be added to month x of 2019?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like you might need a lawyer.  :)

I received funding for first draw PPP on 1/27/2021. I am an independent contractor and used my 2019 Schedule C to calculate loan amount. I do not currently have any of the eligible "forgiveness expenses." It appears I need the full 10.75 weeks to deplete my funds (as owner compensation) before I would possibly be eligible for second draw.

Unfortunately there are only 9 calendar weeks from the time I was funded until March 31st. Does anyone have any workaround or ideas how I can get a second draw?

Any leads would be appreciated. TYIA

Hire your wife to be your secretary and put her on payroll.

For employees yes, up to $1923/week.
For owners not.

Thanks!
Can you up the salary of employees that were already working in 2019?

7
Are you allowed to spend all the PPP funds on payroll within the first 2 weeks after its received? Let's say there are more employees now than last year, so there's the ability to pay more employees in a shorter period of time.
And then after 2 weeks you can apply for second draw?

It's the same, 1k per employee up to 10. I read somewhere that they only emailed you if you qualify.
So if I didn't get the email yet, does that mean I don't qualify?

COVID-19 Discussion Board / Re: The current state of COVID-19 in Israel

So someone who lives in Israel permanently, is a dual US Israeli citizen, and would like to fly to the US for a child's simcha, and doesn't want to certify anything false, would not be authorized to fly?
Is there any other solution?

To be clear:
If you arrive for the Israir flight with a US passport, they won't ask for you to prove that you have special permission to fly?

Via Frankfurt

I don't understand... How do get out of Israel if the airport is closed?

How can a dual Israeli American travel from Israel to the US this week? Are there any flights? Should he go to Jordan, and if so, how? (And is it safe?)

Yes, just use your US passport to leave.
Are there flights? How do they travel?

Is there any way for a dual American Israeli to leave Israel this week?

Is Cross River processing second draws quicker than first draws?

17
Any update on Cross River's manual reviews?

18
Nothing yet. Per their Press Release they'll be reaching out in the coming weeks but they did not provide an actual date.

There's no rush. They'll probably start after covid is over.

19
Someone that applied through Cross River on Feb 18th, and now received the above email that it needs a manual review, should he just apply again through biz2credit?

If I get funded for PPP first draw on, say, Feb 15th, can I immediately apply for PPP second draw as long as I don't get funded before April 15th? And will it mean that I made the 3/31 deadline?
