Has anyone verified there would be no issues using B204400. From looking around online it seems to just be a Visa code that works to remove underage driver fees. For my Summer rental, most cars were still really expensive, but a few priced out super cheap including a Full-Size. I know there are a lot of codes going around right now that will be checked and you'll have an issue if you ever got in an accident, would like to verify somehow that this one is ok to use.

I just tried using it and they called me up saying this code is only for visa employees and that I will need to bring proof of employment.

When doing a reservation for a week I'm getting great prices, if I do 8 days the price jumps with a $100 any way to get the 8th day with the same rate as the first 7?

An interesting observation, when decreasing the rental duration the weekly base rate also decreases, when decreasing to just 5 days I get a fantastic weekly rate, can I reserve for 5 days, and then call up and ask to extend for the whole week and retain the original price as it s still in the same week?

It's earned by transferring (at least) 5k MR into Matmid account.
Main benefits include extra earnings on flights and better pricing on award flights.
Better pricing on award flights. Meaning when using matmid points?

Uh I'm pretty sure Dan already did this. And he had all the info.

If you would read my post you would see it's not meant for Dan. It's meant for people that are new to this whole concept of award tickets and they want an easily readable chart of what awards classes they should be able to see, I created it for myself because I kept on getting confused when I was looking at Dan's list of buckets and figured someone else might enjoy it.

Not everyone has bad intention when they post something, and yes some people actually do run a search and do read through posts before asking and posting, please understand everyone's mind is wired differently and something that might look simple for you might look complicated for others and vice versa.

I created a simple table for the Noobs our there (like me) that are trying to grasp the united award classes and who has access to those classes.

|Standard|Expanded standard|Saver|Expanded saver

Coach|HN = Everyone
|YN = Elite / Card members
|X = Everyone
|XN = Elite / Card members

Business|ZN = Everyone
|JN = Elite / Card members
|I = |IN =

Just got my United explorer card, and got an email saying spend $3000 in 30 months you get 50,000 miles. So I guess the offer went up to 50,000, although in the branch they told me it's 40,000 and there is no special offer they could give me.

Yes. They price out flights wrong all the time.
Truth is it's gave me the same price most travel sites offered (I'm starting to think they all rely on ita...) But Skyscanner just got me some far-fetched sites that had the same tickets for significantly cheaper.

Does it make sense that ITA shows prices that are more expensive then skyscanner?

Seems like all your questions are answered in the screenshot you posted.
Hmmph. I don't know where my mind was when I wrote that post :-[, thanks for your help.

Just got approved for the United explorer card, how do I link it to my mileage plus account to see expanded availability?

Having the United Explorer card gives you access to XN which is expanded Economy awards at the saver level price, it also gives you access to JN which is last seat availability in Business class but not at the saver level price, which in this case it would be 180k.

So just to confirm that I understood correctly. There is four levels of award space
1. Standard award bucket (HN,ZN) - every mile member.
2. Expanded standard award bucket (JN,YN) - card holders and Plat/1K/GS elites.
3. Saver award bucket (I,X) - every mile member .
4. Expanded saver award bucket (IN,XN) - Plat/1K/GS elites but not card holders.

If so what's the difference between standard award and saver award they both seem to be open to all miles members.

Also whats between the expanded saver vs regular saver.

Last, it seems that card members do get access to Expanded saver award bucket as they have access to XN.

P.S. you can see the attached screenshot from where I'm taking these four award levels.

He is not.
Can you please elaborate a little bit more? all I'm trying to do is understand whats going on. (sorry I'm not willing though to pay 10k  ;))

As I mentioned earlier, Dan is talking about Economy. XN not JN.
Seems like he is talking also about JN, see attached screenshot.

JN is still 180K.

Interesting, dan specificaly mentiones that with the united card you access to the expended saver awards space and you can then book a ticket in business class (JN) for 75,000 miles. See here right before the comments section.

Uh, no
Can you elaborate please.
Dosent help for J.
It does help for JN

....BUT... UA to Israel is 180K a way, I simply can't pay that. I know for a fact there is a way to force saver space to 75K one way. Dan bragged about it once when...

Might be through having a United explorer card, having that card or a better United card, opens up extended award spaces (meaning you can book tickets for less miles and for and you have more days that you can book tickets using miles) or you can search Dansdeals for the words "plan b" basically that's a way to get a ticket in business/first class even when United doesn't show on their website any availability for miles (they don't always allow you to book tickets using miles, it's called award space [that's what Dan posts when there is rare availability, meaning flights that almost never have tickets available to buy with miles])
All this info I have you here I read up more or less in these posts, they take apart the whole situation very clearly.
I started with this post -
And then slowly read through all links he mentioned to understand what he means.
This link is also very good and full of information -
