You can try the King Solomon (Rabanut Mehadrin).

Disclaimer: I'm a nogeia b' davar.
WHy are you a nogeia b'davar?

too far

Not sure yet but probably between 5-10 families

What does he do?

Looking to make a shabbos bar mitzvah this summer in Yerushalayim. Looking for a hotel that I can put up guests and have meals there as well. Ideally I would like something within walking distance to the kosel. Which hotel should I be looking into? (Waldorf will be too much)

Second option would be renting apartments and having it catered. Has anyone here done that & how did it work out?

TIA for any suggestions

I got Diamond with TR. How do I get free nights in Las Vegas?

From what I understand, there is no reason to switch unless you absolutely cannot stand to be around kids. But yes Ziva is newer and nicer.
Don't plan on switching just want to know which one to stay at

I know it has been asked before. But I would like to get some more updated info. Iíll be going back to Cancun somewhere mid to late Jan. I stayed last year at Hyatt Ziva, not far from Chabad and Iím planning on staying there for Shabbos on my upcoming trip. Iím wondering if it pays to switch To the Hyatt zilara for the rest of th trip.?
The Info I was able to gather so far is, Ziva is newer fresher and more updated, Zilara is better overall. Anyone with experience of both can give more input?

Would love to know the same. Anyone have any updated advise?

Download the pocket map from the official site and familiarize yourself with the rim and the bus routes.    There are two entrances to the Grand Canyon Southrim.  For a one-day back and forth I would suggest coming in on the south entrance which is faster but skips a lot of the viewing points to the east

My recommendation for a one day visit would be park at bright angel and take the bus to Mohave point.  Walk back to Powell point  (you will have a very nice view along the way and it's a good view of the colarado river below) from Powell point take the bus back to bright angel. .  Then drive to visitors center and check out Mather point which is very popular.  If you have enough time take the bus from the visitors center to the south Kaibab  trail and walk down to ooh ah point. It is about 20 minutes down and about 35 minutes back up for the average out of shape guy.  If you do hike down make sure you take some water with you and sunscreen if it is sunny.

Good stuff! Thanks for the itinerary.
