Only the Meshugah location on Metcalf is pas yisrael if that matters to you. There's been a lot of turnover and lot of politics with local kashrus. I believe the guy who used to run the kosher counter at Hen House who made it reliable both in terms of kashrus and good food is no longer there, not sure the current situation since I was last there in June. We usually bring most of our own food for short stays.

If you want minyan, the only weekday option is BIAV, so you'd want one of the chain hotels near the Overland Park Convention Center. If you want to be near the pretty part of town, look into the Plaza or Crown Center areas.
Which is the Metcalf location?

Marriott Autograph Raphael at the Plaza is a gem, but far from kosher.

Stay in Overland Park.
Eat at Meshugah Bagels and Hen House.
Thanks. Any specific hotel recommendations? What about breakfast/lunch options?

The henhouse fried chicken is fantastic for anywhere, let along a supermarket.

It's just nowhere near downtown Kansas City (Missouri).
Thanks. Do you know a/t about Ram's Café or Rachel's Café?

Are there any other shuls aside from the 3 listed in the wiki?

In Phoenix, yes. There's one on Bethany Home Road and other smaller ones too

I emailed the shul (office@ahavastorah.org) last week to find out some info about Shabbos during winter break and haven't heard back.

Is there anyplace to buy food for Shabbos?

If youre referring to Phoenix, there's a kosher grocery store called Kosher Corner. You can also check out Imperial as well.

I don't think they did, but I'm not 100% sure.
The museum is more of the US military point of the war vs a holocaust museum.
They did have some exhibits that were about the Holocaust but that is not the main focal point of this museum.
Thanks!

Lincoln is a city of 250k. No small, obscure town
I've been to both.
I'll counter with Ravenna, NE.
I've been to dozens (hundreds?) of small towns for work. Unfortunately, most of them are super boring expect for the manufacturing plants (which many would consider boring as well)
Anything interesting to do in Lincoln or Council Bluffs. Gonna be there for work but I have lots of extra time... Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, as well as any decent places to eat. TIA
