Where can you get things checked for shatnez?Far Rockaway Shatnez Lab
I guess NY/NJ doesn't use common sense or some are misinformed. The former.
How so? It would be contingent on a HI.Contracts are not free unless you do them yourself. Theres generally a deposit on contract. And good luck getting your deposit back without a costly legal battle when the seller doesnt agree to the HI findings when you want to back out or renegotiate based on the HI.
If it has to be done before the contract I am not wasting my money. If its not done before the contract you may be wasting a helluva lot more money than just the ~$500 HI fee...
These things are all negotiable. If the seller is not willing to make a contingency for it that should tell you something.
depends on the market. In a strong sellers market almost all contingencies are waived, including home inspection. That's the way it was in BOS up until COVID19. Only contingency granted was mortgage contingency. That doesn’t even make sense. Home inspection is before contract signing.

Green acres is a target on its own unrelated to Mott as far as I can tell. There have been protest in valley stream and social media has mentioned green acres as possible target along with other malls. Its to protest Mall racism.
