Didn’t they just move classes into the zone of the students residence?

Most funding provided to private schools is Federal funds allocated through the state. Wouldn’t shock me to see the president or Betsy Devos withhold federal funds until NYS returns to equitable distribution.
Cuomo is really stuck fighting a two front battle, above him and below him, with individuals he genuinely despises.
