Did anyone order this and get the free install? My wife forgot to click it and now amazon wants proof this promo existed. Can someone post a screen shot of an order or PM one?

2
Just checked on UA and it shows ticket processing   :-\
Wonder what this means... Will find out shortly

Did you pay for the ticket or you just put a hold on it?

Need some advice from TA's
I booked SU TLV to JFK via SVO yesterday from an Israeli travel agent ant is still within 24 hrs. She refuses to cancel because she says that the DoT regs do not apply when a ticket is booked from an Israeli agency. Is the below true:

As per United States Department of Transportation, so long as a flight touches US soil a passenger has 24 hours to cancel their reservation provided the flight is not schedule to depart within seven days. This holds regardless of how/where a passenger purchased their ticket. Please see below for language.

https://www.transportation.gov/sites/dot.dev/files/docs/Notice_24hour_hold_final20130530.pdf

Yes it's true. They cannot cancel the next day

Up In The Air / Re: Travel agent surcharge on airline tickets
« on: December 19, 2015, 07:19:24 PM »
Per OP, it seems like there was never a price quoted, just "I need a flight, here's my CC".

That's not what the OP said.

Agents don't book tickets without telling prices.

If they agreed to the price, that's it. The fact that the agent made money on the ticket is none of anyone's business. You agree to a price, you pay it. Disputing it is stealing.

How do you check that you need an easier way?

you do an FQ for a random date and then check the seasons
I did June 13:

  FOR TRAVEL ON/BEFORE 27MAR15
     PERMITTED 10JUN14 THROUGH 14JUN14 OR 19AUG14 THROUGH
03OCT14 OR 09OCT14 THROUGH 23OCT14 ON THE FIRST
INTERNATIONAL SECTOR. SEASON IS BASED ON DATE OF
     ORIGIN.
   FOR TRAVEL ON/AFTER 28MAR15
     PERMITTED 03APR THROUGH 14JUN OR 19AUG THROUGH 22SEP
OR 27SEP THROUGH 10OCT ON THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL
SECTOR. SEASON IS BASED ON DATE OF ORIGIN.
