If you had a room with a private pool, is the pool truly private
I was there in November.
They will generally upgrade you as they are not booking all their rooms due to covid.
They made us kosher breakfast.
Every room has a plunge pool on the balcany and it is private.

I'm planning a family trip (with kids) to Maui for mid-winter. I need a two bedroom suite/villa for my family. I found the Hyatt Residence club which has 2br villas, but it's a bit pricey. Any other suggestions for 2br villas/suites in Maui. Thanks

Called Amex Plat to downgrade my card and they said they will charge back my 100k bonus miles, and if I don't earn enough miles they will actually charge me $$ for it. Is this accurate? Anyone have experience with this?
