BMG are scholarships. Those learning in kolel do not have tuition.  They are taxable on federal level and not state in NJ specifically.

Scholarship (kolel checks) is not income on the state level , only on the federal level.  maybe that is why Lrrc is telling people not to report kolel checks to UI.

In case anyone needs the DMV, they have a very good system in place now. They give out 300 numbers every morning staring at 7. I was there today at 845 and got in the low 200's. They text me approximately half hour before my turn which was about 1PM, again 15 min and then its my turn now. There is a security card by the door who comes out every few minutes to announce the numbers.  Was in and out in ten minutes. FYI

There was one week where i did not get the $600, and only got the $231.  I need to call or will it eventually come? its been a month.

If someone is filing just to get back the Federal and state withheld $ and they are a dependent on their parents return they take the standard deduction or a different one? Thanks

They ask for that too, but I believe they base it off the current numbers you give them

I believe they use current income, a 3 month P&L for self employed and 2 recent consecutive pay stubs for w-2.

In the past i have always given m tax return from previous year.

Anyone know how a Self employed (one spouse) and the other spouse  w-2 works? will they take SE spouse income from tax return last year and current spouse pay stub wages or just look at the full 2019 tax return? thanks

If your loan origination date is after 06/05/20, it's automatically 24 weeks not to go later than 12/31/20.
No 8 week option for those, even if you only have 8 weeks of funds.

For self employed ppp, my understanding is that any loan taken now will only be for 24 weeks, not 8. Is that correct?

What does 24 weeks mean? Every week of the 24 weeks you need to transfer something to your personal bank account, or can you transfer the entire 2.5 months worth into your personal account as soon as you get it, and you fulfilled your obligation?

From my understanding its any 8 weeks ending 12/31/20.

Anybody know of any banks still accepting applications.
Tried Kabbage, but online there was no option to base loan on 2020 pay.
Tried Cross river which allowed to input 2020 income, but they denied application last week - didn't give reason.
It's for a SE independent contractor who receives 1099, who started work in Dec. 19, so average 2019 wages are very low.

First commerce still accepting applications.
