It's not a hit or miss, it depends on your situation. Renewals going to Texas (including NY residents) are already delayed a few months. I haven't seen any data points about renewals going to Philadelphia, but if they're anything like new applications sent to Philadelphia they'll be processed right away.

So if I'm applying for a new passport for a newborn it will go to Philadelphia and process quickly?

Khal Chassidim has been open since Purim with complete disregard to guidelines despite the request of local rabbis so it isn't surprising

Please don't generalize based on your experience as at least for some period of time that was not the case

FYI

I'm looking into this as well now for an older relative,

it seems that even though you may be entitled to a free plot, these days they can give you either plots that are stacked on top of each other or other new inventions, which may not be desirable / lekatchila

Passport arrived yesterday BH
You renewed by mail? How long from when you sent it

I'm looking for a legal way to give money to an israeli charity that doesn't have any US presence, without losing out on a tax deduction

Anyone know how / who can help ?

Is there any shul in the North Miami Beach area or short driving distance, where one can go pray without registering or going through investigations ?

What do you gain by waiting? May as well get in line now. If they are forced to close their offices again, that backup will only grow.

Idea is applying now is a big unknown when you will get passport, and you lose your chance to apply with expedited process once (if?) they open it

Anybody have success with 3rd party expeditors? Money not an issue.

So far seems like they are all in the same boat as us

I have a friend who told me that he had friends checked up on in NYC. He's asking them for details as it was before the mandatory quarantine was announced. Anyone heard of such a think? And did NYS/NYC ever have any sort of mandatory quarantine?

Sorry but this sounds made up

I have a trip booked at the end of October and am not sure wht to do as my passport is expired as well. Debating sending it in now and hoping it shows up at some point or wait for expedited service to resume.

I'm in the same boat, need a passport for a newborn for Sukkot, debating if to apply now or wait for expedited

AA site says "We’re giving you more flexibility with waived award reinstatement and change fees for awards booked by June 30, 2020."

Any idea if this includes online web specials, and if it applies even when canceling the day of travel?

Are those the $250 Hilton credit or the $100 Waldorf credit

Yes just realized the $100 Waldorf credit is only if you book a stay

$100 Credit at Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Properties
Perhaps you’d like to treat yourself to a massage or relax in a rented cabana by the pool. On-site purchases qualify for a $100 statement credit each membership year when you book a 2-night stay or longer at Waldorf Astoria or Conrad properties.

So basically you can use someone else's credit by paying online? Do you need their cc info?

Thanks.
Now it's $600++(23%) pp
I booked my stay on 2/15/19 (last day of the price mistake) paid $370++
Had $2750+ on my bill and paid with 12 Aspire credit links bought here on DDF at 40-45%. They even let me pay by link 10 minutes before my Yacht left.

Excuse my ignorance what's an aspire credit link
