There was a thread on this, albeit not a very serious one...
There really should be a serious one....this is a serious issue going on in EVERY community, who knows what might come out of this...

I did not see a thread started on the topic of Shidduchim but I thought I would give it a try.

I want to set up a girl in Chicago, 22 years old, going into speech pathology.

On another note, does anyone here know who , around the country, is involved in Shidduchim?

Thats a great idea, considering the crises going on....c'mon guys, help him out!

if you got a 143 and just to want to go to law school for a night activity then even if you write a crappy personal statement yourself i dont think it will make a difference

what do you mean it won't make a difference...i wouldn't tell the law school i am only interested in it as a night activity..that wouldn't be too smart...
and from what i have heard personal statements make a HUGE difference....no?

Night activity?

I can think of better ways to spend both your $150,000 and and three to four years of nights it takes to get a J.D.
maybe...
who would you suggest for personal statement?

Unlikely. And, to be quite honest, I wouldn't even go to law school if you can't get into a Top 14 school and/or a significant scholarship (unless you have extenuating circumstances, e.g. family law firm, etc). It simply is not worth it.

Thank you,
I am only interested in Law School as a night activity not to practice law.

Who is out there that can help me with my personal statement?
