I think the legal rate is $3
Depends on the state.

There are numerous places to certify a passport for US ITIN purposes.
Maybe these places can do the equivalent of a US notary.

Of course if you are ok walking some 10 miles you can find another way, this whole discussion was about the stretch of Haulover park. I guess that may not be obvious to someone from the area.

So bottom line we had a bunch of back and forth, and instead of just saying I was right in my initial statement, we get a whole drasha about how right I was.

Works for me too :P

(Also no one calls in the mainland)
So now you revert to name calling and call him a no one?

Also admin fees here can be as much as 19 dollars.

See recent lawsuits of state vs dollar etc.

So fellas, I will be in Miami Beach next week for about 40 hours.
What are the top sights to see as well as what are the top restaurants most do's?

On another note, If I can't get the St. Regis, should I go for a Ritz Carlton, or not worth it?

Thanks!
Not worth coming if you donít get the st Regis

As a non resident of NY. If I have property in NY which I have been reporting under a NY S-Corp. however property records search still shows it under my personal name do I need to complete form it-2663 on sale or just report the sale through  the Corp?
How can I complete the sale through the Corp if the deed was never properly transferred?

It taste similar to pesach night
Life hack: eat a salty bag of potato and pretzels before. All the saltwater will just taste like potato chips.

Thx. we would like to have an authentic friday night, probably will do lunch at hotel with KK.

anyone here ever eaten at Chabad Chayil (The Family Shul) at highland lakes/NMB? worth the $36 per person (seems quite reasonable though we have 3 kids). https://www.chabadchayil.org/templates/articlecco_cdo/aid/3726641/jewish/Meal-Reservations.htm (and i assume its safe to walk from there to turnberry isle (half hour) late on friday night?)
What week will you be there.

See if Lubavitche Aventura South has anything that Friday night.

They also have a sit down lunch every Shabbat for whoever wants.
