Just called them and they said there was some glitch in the system. So they are going through all the orders (3,000 of them) and updating each one. When that is done, we will get an email conformation and approximately 3 days shipped. They said they have no way of checking any individual order until then.
I don't have a T-Mobile account. Perhaps if you do, they can check that way.
