have return protection claims been taking longer lately? filed 1/6, uploaded documentation 1/7, normally get the result within 2 days, but still haven't heard anything.
Mine took longer. submitted claim 1/3, docs 1/5 and got claim resolution last night 1/11

Have you tried it?
I'm not sure what your goal is. I mean it is LITERALLY the definition of "custom made". May as well try to get refund in batteries or travelers cheques.
I mean sure, I guess it can't hurt to try, and maybe if you are vague on the claim form and get an adjuster who doesn't know what indochino is
.. But a quick Google would show they should deny it.

Now what about Indochino?
No question

Let me ask differently
As there is no wallmart in nyc what groceries or money order company should i be looking for?
If there is, don't hold your breath waiting for someone to reveal it

Looks like this is dead
Yup, but new site is now working. I submitted a claim 2 weeks ago without issue.

hoe long do they take I filed weak and a half ago and they keep on needing new info
So give them the new info

Are you just going to spam evey single prime day deal? This ain't helpful....

wow thanks!
Fyi it goes by purchase year not by refund year

is there any easy way to find out exactly how much of the $1000 was used up? or do i always need to be on it....
Go to ytd transactions and search for "return"

Thank you.
How often will I need to refill the wood?
How do I know when I need to refill?
Do you have link to chunks that will work with this smoker?
Do I soak the wood?
Sorry, didn't realize what smoker you have. Im not familiar with it.
If your in Facebook, there's a great kosher smoking group, breaking bbq.

Thank you! A bunch more qs.
Can I just put in smoker open till it hits the temp? Or Do I need to wrap?
Do I split the 1st from 2nd cut (Iím not sure itíll both fit on a rack together.)?
Also, if I do it separately can I have a thermometer in one of the pieces and thatíll be a good enough gauge for both?
Do you have a good rub recipe?
What wood chips should I buy?

Wrapping really is just to speed apst stall. If you have time you cna ekave unwrapped. I usually. Don't wrap.
You don't have to split but they might cook differently.
Go with chunks cuz they last longer.
Traditional is oak, hickory, pecan for beef and fruit for poultry but there's no fast rules at all

Anyone having a hard time submitting online claims?

"INSTRUCTIONS: Please review the required Fraud Disclosures. The Check Box below will activate once you scroll to the bottom."

The checkbox never appears.

Use the old site

Two questions:

1) Are cufflinks considered "jewelry" and therefore excluded?

2) The purchase must be in the US. What about online purchases from non-US merchants?
2 is not an issue. I bought something from an ebay seller in China once and was approved

I purchased something from zulily, they are offering store credit - restocking fee. Would amex return protection cover this or does the store credit disqualify? I didn't see anything in the updated T&C about credit.
Store credit disqualifies it.
They will give you the restocking fee.
