Smoked brisket
Veal - brush with oil and spices, place over mashed potatoes, bake covered at 275 till it reaches desired internal temp
French roast - brush with oil and spices, broil 15 minutes, flip over, brush again, broil 15 minutes, keep flipping and brushing and broiling 15 minutes until done
Corned beef
Navel pastrami - keep in vacuum pack, place in pan and place that pan in a larger pan filled halfway with water. Cover both pans together and put in oven on keep warm the night before you're serving it
Hangar steak, soak, season with salt and pepper, sear before the meal. Excellent as is or with chimichurri sauce
Let me know if you want more ideas
thanks.

a few points, broil wont work on yom tov, pastrami i do on a regular shabbos, brisket i only use freshly smoked(i need for second day) i make chimchurri skirt steak by many bbqs.  so that leaves only veal. lol

Almost anything will work as long as you warm it up carefully. Possibly the only thing I wouldn't do is a standing rib roast
i know alot will work.  ask for ideas :)

What you want to use them for is a very big part of what to get. If you want to use them mainly to visit the states then you would use one strategy. If you want to go on vacations to resort areas you would use another.
