Credit Cards / Re: Chase Reconsideration
« on: May 19, 2016, 06:05:15 PM »
I am well over the 5/24 limit.
Applied for the Chase Ink today. Was pending, called up, answered the usual questions, and rep offered to shift credit line and I was approved!
Apparently 5/24 is not (yet) on business cards.

Does anyone have an update on Chase Business INK card if it is already subject to 5/24 rule yet?
When do cobranded cards get hit with 5/24?
Thank you!

Credit Cards / Re: Citi Prestige Card

Well yesterday I applied, was approved, but it takes them 24-48 hours for account to open and create a card number. Then they can overnight it, unforgettably it will be too late for me. Bummer!
Btw, if I buy a refundable ticket for $250, will I get the annual $250 credit if I refund the ticket? If yes, how long do I need to wait to refund the ticket?
Thanks

If I apply for this card today and get approved, is there anyway I can book a hotel with it today or tomorrow and get the 4th night free?

I want to close down a chase card and move the credit line to another chase card, and they transferred me to credit lending and told me that they would need to do a soft pull on my credit before consolidating the credit (i huca'd and got the same response).
Has this happened to anyone? Is there a problem with a soft pull with chase, if I am planning on churn the very same card (sapphire, which I have done many times) next week?
Thanks!

I have, baruch hashem, been churning cards for years.
1) Chase is getting much more difficult.
2) I just applied for ba and united, and it asked me to call (first time, usually just approved or pending) and after calling they said they are recommending an approval, but some info needs to be verified, and there is no phone number to that department.
Any have that happen to them?
Does that mean just wait and I will be approved?
Thanks

Now you can earn 1 Starpoint for every U.S. dollar you spend with Uber.
Just sign in and link your SPG and Uber accounts then sit back and watch your earning accelerate.

Open it up in incognito window. You will then need to sign into your amex account, and if you are lucky and have been targeted it will work, if not it will show an error message.

When churning this card, can I use the same usair mileage account number? Or better to sign up for new usair account?
