(United.com is a classic example)

SPG comes to mind.
Last time I just made up answers knowing that I'll need to reset my password next time anyway.

Hermolis have just opened a huge new food counter in the Selfridges food hall. They have an open counter with fresh foods plus a separate fridge with pre-packed salads/sandwiches/sushi/dips etc.

This is definitely the best kosher offering that has ever been in Selfridges. KLBD/Kedassia.
Nice!!!

Where Rebbes go on vacation

It's funny how the guy is convinced that Khlandidno is a word made up by the Charedim. The Welsh must've gotten it from the Charedim because that's exactly how the Welsh pronounce Llandudno.

And about the hotel prices, at least in the few cases I'm familiar with, it's often a Gvir who owns a house in the vacation city and the Rebbe would stay at his house.

FYI: At the checkin counter, you can ask for (and get) a pass to accompany a minor or old/disabled passenger to the gate.  You'll need ID.
... And you won't get TSA pre

Airline: JL (Japan Airlines)
Class: F
Route: NRT-JFK
Caterer: Stogel (Frozen type)
Flight date: 06-27-2018
Meal in pics: Dinner

There was a salmon entree not pictured.
This looks like a Stogel fresh meal rather than their meals with a 5 year shelf life.
How does it taste? How would you compare it to Borensteins?

Thank you.
I read the reviews on trip advisor.  It mentions that there were kids in strollers.
Kids under 5 are free.

Next question.
Seems like i should get an oyster card.  We Will be going from zone 3 (Hampstead Garden suburb) to the tourist area's for at least 2 days there and back.
We will be taking a taxi from the airport.  Where should we buy the card?  Every station sells?
Is the underground station in Heathrow out of the way if we're not going there anyways?  (Asking also for getting the 5 L back per card after - is that 24 hour?  Our flight is at 6am)
Thanks
You can get an oyster card at any station and also at most news agents (near almost every main bus stop).
If you're near the center of the suburb, you can get them at the Market Place in the store which used to be called Rose.
If that sounds like giberish to you, I'm sure your host can make sense of it or PM me for more info.
I'm not sure if the ticket counter at the station at Heathrow will be open that early.

Any kosher food in LHR, T4? T3?
There are Hermolis sandwiches for sale in all terminals. Check their website for details on where in the terminal they can be found.

I've spent many many years in London and this is to the best of my understanding.

SKA is a not accepted by most (Ashkenazim) who identify as ultra Orthodox.

As far as meat is concerned, I believe KLBD, KF and SKA are all part of the London Board of Shechita and are all kept to the same standards. (Kedassia is not part of the London Board of Shechita.)

That may explain why many would rely on SKA for Parve etc. and on the board of Shechita for meat. The question is what happens to everything in between. Maybe many would rather not think about that question.
I know this is bound to be for debate, but can anyone tell me the reliability of the Sephardi Kashrut Authority?
They supervise a lot restaurants now, including Reubens.
