I'm sure that this has probably been asked before, but I was approved for a Citi AA World Platinum Level MC last Oct. 2013, but I only received 30k/$1k.  Why was I not given the 50k/$3k one?  Is it possible to get the 20k extra, and if so, what's the number to call?

Same day. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to call recon that day.
Ok.  Thanks.  Also, I'm looking through my mail right now, and got an Amex Gold Business offer 50k/$5k, but it expired 11/30/13 haha.  In fact, my wife and I have many other mail offers (Chase United Visa 50k/$2k w/ 5k bonus for AU, and USAir MC 30k/firstspend, but they're all expired.  You think we still have a chance if we plugged in the codes?

Better to do it in 1 day so each bank doesn't see the others pull.
But, within minutes of each other or doesn't matter as long as it's within the 1 day?

Its safe I'd say to apply your past 3 months since your last pull. RSVP is an offer they send you in the mail to apply and to receive a better signup bonus.
Well how about 3bm Amex and 3 bm Chase in an AOR?  Is it safe to do so?  Should I stagger the 3bms for each?  Say Amex today; Chase tomorrow or do it all within minutes of each other?

its an invitation that comes in the mail, usually comes with a nice targeted offer, in it u can find the RSVP.
OIC, yah I'm looking through my mail right now, and got an Amex Gold Business offer 50k/$5k, but it expired 11/30/13 haha.  In fact, my wife and I have many other mail offers (Chase United Visa 50k/$2k w/ 5k bonus for AU, and USAir MC 30k/firstspend, but they're all expired.  You think we still have a chance if we plugged in the codes?

when is the last time u applied with them?
Also if u use a RSVP then almost sure you'll get excepted.
If Amex, early to mid last year (2013)
If Chase and Citi, 9/2013
What's an RSVP?  How do I go about doing this?

I've been denied many times by Amex even with great credit (almost 800), and I've always wondered why.  Their response was because I didn't have enough credit history, yet I've had credit since 2006, I have a profitable business, and I own properties.  I have the income.  I have the c history.  Beats me why they were still denying me.  But, with my recent success in getting a Chase Saph, Ink Bold, and Citi AA in 9/2013, I'm mustering up some courage to apply again.  Would it be stupid of me to do a 3bm with Amex to finally get even just one?  Should I do an app-o-rama with 3bm Amex and another 3bm Chase?  FYI I have 4 active Chase Cards currently.  Any advice is appreciated.

Firstly advice is what you're asking for.  You want us to advise you.
Second, I was leaving your questions for the experts, but since they're leaving it for me, I take pleasure in answering.

You've done Chase well.  Now do Amex:  SPG, Gold (prg), ?

Stagger your applications with your wife's. Rotate  Chase and Amex.  Throw in citi if desired.  Citi can be done at the same time as an amex  or chase as an app-o-rama.  Don't forget the benefits of Barclay cards.

One more thing to keep in mind, certain cards have annual bonuses for spending a large threshold in a calendar year.  If you have access to VR, AP, and other spending, and you're not working on a signup bonus, you can work on those.  (united spend 25K get 10K bonus; prg spend 30K, get 15K   bonus)

Yah I actually caught the misuse of "advice" after sending it.   8) But, oh well! As long as I get answers!  :P. May I PM you with specific questions? You seem knowledgeable of the topic.
