Investment?
Yes
Difference between us is you probably closed on a primary while I closed on a 2 family, investment, cash out which is the trifecta worse case scenario for mortgage rates.

On what basis is this stock worth so much? On what basis is the market cap 63bb?

I'll give it to you that people will continue using zoom to a certain extent even after this is all over however most businesses will go back to normal.

To value zoom based on what's going on now doesn't make sense to me.

I may be wrong..
While you make some very valid points, whenever shorting, remember that the market can be irrational for longer than you or I can remain solvent.
And your maximum gain -as in every short position- is only 100%, while this stock in this environment can easily pull a Beyond Meat on you, and youíll be out a few 100%.

You donít wanna be short ZM when the inevitable happens, and large corps start releasing their work from home press releases..

Should someone sign a forebearance agreement or is better to wait and/or just have a verbal agreement
Update: Deferral/forbearance will hurt your mortgage approval odds with certain banks, see attached

Is there any use fighting one of these tickets with one of these apps that fight nyc traffic tickets (like winit)? Was pictured speeding 14 over and presumably am wrong but just wondering if I should simply pay it immediately or if there was any way to have it dismissed or have the fine lowered.
WinIt app rejects camera tickets automatically.

Good luck! Do you keep it all for the long run or you try to time the market's peak hype too?
Long.

Many bought. Question is who bought on May 14 in the morning.
I did!

I usually suck at catching a bottom, but Iíve been good at it lately..

Others Iíve caught at the bottom:
STOR
WFC
AER

Hope it lasts..

Apple is on top of their game I'm thinking BlackBerry
Exactly. Think of both..

Winning in the consumer product market is not about being first and fending off those who try to catch up. Itís all about the quality of the product and the ability to create a loyal brand following. Those who have it survive and thrive. those who donít, die. Tesla has it. BlackBerry did not. Apple still does.

Won't be hard for competitors to catch up in no time
Itís not about catching up, think Apple

How long does this stay on your record?
Till the end of the loan/lease or longer?
Like any other late fee.

But in general when it comes to being approved for a mortgage, thereís a difference between being late on a mortgage/housing payment vs being late on a car loan or on a credit card for that matter, a late on a mortgage payment effects your mortgage approval odds far more than being late on a non-housing loan.

So talk to your mortgage broker before prioritising on which loan to accept a forbearance offer and on which one not. Accepting on a car lease might be the better option.
