I was willing to eat the $25 a ticket for JFK-LAX. Figured it couldn't hurt to ask and she said sure.

My rep isnt willing to give me a refund on original tickets. Its worth it to spend an additional 200 bucks to fly business right? Other downside is its an earlier flight so id have to take an additional vacation day from work. Anyone have any thoughts?

You arent being charged for both? I have a booking on economy to LAX and business class for same flight failed because of duplicate booking and theyre telling me im gonna be charged for both if i want them to honor business res.

If they end up charging me for both Im gonna end up paying about $260 for 3 first class tickets to LA. Still an ookkkkaaaayyy deal :-) so i guess im not too worried.

Just book JFK-HNL with a supervisor. Had a confirmed reservation for JFK-LAX for the same time frame. Supervisor said she will cancel my JFK-LAX for me 

Total time on phone 41:57

My flight is not for another month. Why would I not just wait a couple of days to call? Is this time sensitive? (Obviously besides for seat availability)

My flights in 6 months. Issue is they may just get fed up and find excuses not to honor. Better get in early. I was on hold for 20 min. Rep said hell call me back when he gets supervisor. They called back an hour later and supervisor told me to call back after 12. Pretty stupid of them to tell everyone the same thing. Itll be so much worse after 12.

I called 1800 221 1212 (as per comment on main site) and successfully got ticketed with a failed priceline booking. The first agent i spoke to had no clue what i was talking about but i asked to speak to a supervisor and he was able to sort it all out very quickly

Rep had no idea what I was talking about and I couldn't wait for a supervisor. What do I say to them?

I have a more complicated story, I re-booked on the same flight just in business class, my economy tickets went through on Thursday but not the business class ones, (I was going to cancel the first set as soon as the second set was ticketed, within 24 hours), I got my price-line contract for the second set.
Any chance that delta will cancel the first set and honor the second set?

Is the best way to go about it to fax it and then wait for them to call me?

So this is interesting... I called United on Friday and asked them where my miles were from my US flight.  I put my UA# on my reservation.  I told the rep they were there and now they are gone.  She had no records of the claw back.  She said she will put in a request for the miles to be credited (Or re-credited)

Today, Monday,  I just logged on to my account and :

"Date   Description   Mileage Earned
12/04/2013   US Airways 4221-N class   81"

My 1st leg from EWR to Phila are now showing up...Hopefully the others will follow suit...

Maybe there is hope...

I did the same Motzai Shabbos and had same response. I was so upset when she said she had no record of the mileage being credited im kicking myself in the pants for not taking a screenshot. Hopefully my miles will show up too. Haven't as of yet.

Since I had no interest in the table yet and I'm desperate to get rid of it, I'm willing to give it for free to anyone who can pick it up tonight or tomorrow. It's pretty solid and would probably require two guys to remove. Please pm me if interested.

I have a used dining room table and chairs available for pickup in Brooklyn. I am asking $200 or the best offer I get. The set is in decent shape. The table has some dings but is in overall good shape. It is a pedestal table. There are six chairs but, with the leaf, you can easily sit 8-10. The chairs need some repairing/reupholstering or you can just replace them with other chairs (I'd be willing to sell just the table as well). Please PM me for more info and pics.
