Those hoping to cash in on the massive Equifax settlement might be out of luck, thanks to AOC.

Can someone explain why it's "Thanks to AOC"?

Not sure how you can use tourist attraction and Auschwitz in the same sentence.

Right. But when they have a hot dog vendor in the ticket booth, they are making it that.

Not a single person even muttered a hint of a "כאלה" where I davened.

That's because the type of people that would do it are the same type of people that don't know that it's in Parshas Pinchas...

Why would a president go after them and refuse to go after the white supremacist? One reason I can think of is because he is a racist. Another reason is he wants the racist vote. Any other reasons?

Maybe all of the white supremacists organizations that advocate violence are already on the list?

What about the swiss and polish who generations later (and probably still today) are hiding and not returning all what was taken during the war.

In the event that later generations support and continue the actions of their parents, they do have a level of responsibility not just for their own actions but also for their parents.

Germany, Spain, and Russia are dead?

No, but the people in Germany, Spain and Russia who killed Jews (or supported those who did) are dead.

Do we believe in collective responsibility?

Am i wrong that after reading and watching about the holocaust i feel a need for נקמה in the nation who caused this?

The nation that did it are all dead. Who exactly do you want to take revenge on? Their children?

I don't fall for any of either sides BS. Your source is from a hack AG waterbody for Trump. You claim Mueller has repeatedly made this statement. Would you like to retract that since you can't provide one quote from Mueller?

Are you suggesting that Barr committed perjury when he said that Mueller repeatedly said this in front of a large group of people? When will charges be filed against him?

70
You made a claim where he repeatedly said something. You have yet to produce one. You can't produce them because there is none. Lets move on to the racist president. Not only does he make racist comments he hires those who also do!!!

Treasury pick Monica Crowley spread Obama smears: 'Can he be both loyal to Islam and loyal to the United States?'

The fact that you don't like the source does not mean that I didn't bring a source.

But go ahead and change the subject instead of admitting that you fell for the Democrats spin

71
I want where Mueller stated it not the hack AG spin. AG lost all credibility when he carried Trumps water.

Here is your claim "Mueller repeatedly said that this was not the reason why he did not charge Trump." That should be easy to prove since he repeatedly said it according to you.

ETA: Does this help you? “We, at the outset, determined that, when it came to the president’s culpability, we needed to go forward only after taking into account the OLC opinion that indicated that a sitting president cannot be indicted,” he said.

Do you have a reading comprehension problem or are you still drinking the Kool-Aid?

That quote was from a joint statement from Barr and Mueller clarifying that this
“We, at the outset, determined that, when it came to the president’s culpability, we needed to go forward only after taking into account the OLC opinion that indicated that a sitting president cannot be indicted,” he said.
does not contradict what he repeatedly told the Justice department.

72
That is not what he said. Please post link.
Quote
The joint statement, released as Mueller resigned as special counsel, said: "The Attorney General has previously stated that the Special Counsel repeatedly affirmed that he was not saying that, but for the OLC opinion, he would have found the President obstructed justice.
"The Special Counsel's report and his statement today made clear that the office concluded it would not reach a determination — one way or the other — about whether the President committed a crime."

It concluded: "There is no conflict between these statements."

73
You all need to make up your mind. Can someone be exonerated or not? You can't have it both ways!!!

Can you prove a negative?

74
Under the guidelines he can't charge a sitting president with any crime.

FTFY. Mueller repeatedly said that this was not the reason why he did not charge Trump.

Although the report did not come to a conclusion (because Mueller, or his team refused to do their job) the process did exonerate Trump, because Mueller's boss, (Rosenstein and Barr) said that all 10 of those instances were not legally obstruction.

75
Isn't that two different parts of the settlement?

Indeed.

Seems like those claims are covered separately.

Part 1 is monitoring or $125.

Part 2 is time spent. $25 an hour up to 20 hours. The reason you keep hearing 10 hours is because that's how much you can claim without showing proof and it's hard to prove you spent 20 hours when you didn't...

Part 3 is actual (tangible) damages.
