So if you book ewr-TLV RT in biz you would earn between 17,000 and 19,000 miles!

If I understand correctly, this also works for partner airlines.
If You book a biz ticket you can earn tons of miles and also status!
Note that if you cancel, you don't get your points back.

I've flown that route with AA. If you're flight takes off ontime you'll get in at 7. Also you do customs in yyz so when you land in JFK you can get your bags and go straight to checkin.

Yes had success with delta and JetBlue
My friend also did 2 delta pggm
Read the post and do with delta, it's easier
And when you call chase say "seat upgrade fee".

I can confirm that my obviously Jewish South African relatives often fly through ADD. Safety wise you're fine.also check baggage weight. IIRC it's less than 50lb.

Not such a great deal IMHO. Especially since paid virgin fares are easily dumped.

Maybe you can point us in the right direction instead of spelling out the trick?

No, it's $99 all in. Beware of bag fees.

Up In The Air / Any way around the AA close-in fee on awards?

Is there any way to avoid the AA close-in fee on awards?
The united shtick doesn't work for AA.

Airline GC have both successful and unsuccessful reports.
Nobody who did a pggm properly was unsuccessful.

Book a delta nonrefundable flight shortly after midnight.
Buy the EC seats with your ritz card shortly after. Cancel the flight 45 hours later. You should have a big window of time that the EC charges posted but not the refund. Call chase and say you spent $300 on seat upgrades.

Credit Cards / Re: Possible extra $200 credit on citi AA exec!
« on: January 11, 2015, 01:34:54 PM »
It's not "based on calendar year". The 100k offer that was around earlier in 2014 had a one time $200 credit. There's obviously a mistake in the system that's giving it out again.

@searchguy- where's there a thread on DDF?
@ergel- did you spend $ on your card recently?
