It's like the question, "Can Hashem create a rock that is so heavy that He cannot lift it?"
the answer is that Hashem is limitless, we have limits so we can create something that's too big for us to pick up. but Hashem is limitless so even if he was to create something that's too big again he's limits have no bounds so he would be able to pick it up

Does anyone else recall Dan and others saying that paying Chase CCs with BB may be risky but paying AMEX shouldn't be an issue?  I distinctly recall reading that in this thread, but I couldn't find it when I searched just now. see comment number 10 from Dan

General Discussion / Re: Immigration questions...

Now i understand what was meant by "work permit" in a previous post.

The process is completely different when applying from outside the US. There is no adjustment, no work, (no medical i think, or atleast i haven't seen that anywhere)

And i have confirmed with the uscis that i can send it to either the Chicago box or an office in Mexico (of which there are many so i have choices... Yay) But as im sure everyone on this forum knows that at these call centers they are just reading off their screens so the info my be incorrect...

The affidavit also scares me as my wife has not been filing in the US... Im the breadwinner so it wouldnt have made a difference anyways... she doesn't make the required $35000. Can anyone confirm that I would be able to get a third party so sign this?
yes you can, and that person would be called a joint sponsor and they would have to fill out their own separate     I-864. Regarding the medical exam it used to be that u first filed your application and then by your interview you would have to bring the medical exam along, but now they require the medical exam with the application. So make sure you find  that out before filling

I just went through the green card process myself last year, I did it from within the u.s. so not sure where you would send the application, but in every form it is written where to send it. Also when filling for a green card you would send all the forms to one location. This is what you would need to send in I-130, I-485 adjustment of status, I-765 work permit, I-131 traveling papers  I-693 medical exam (as of recently you have to send in your medical papers along with your application), I-864 affidavit of support and G-325A for petitioner and for beneficiary spouse.
P.S. you only have to re apply after two years, if you applied for your green card within you first two years of marriage.
Good luck!

Where is the item located? How would u deliver the item?

It's not supposed to be a video of megillas esther, just a video of a kid who has to make a purim play in his school, and comes up with this play, though for kids it might be difficult to differentiate between the two

I heard from a reliable source that after the roshei yeshivos signed it people came asking them what's the problem with it and etc. So r yisroel neumans wife watched it and she said it's not any worse than the oorah shmorg, and so they wanted to take back their letter or at least switch it to just bnei hayesiva but it was too late cuz the letter went all around already.

My fiance got declined a BB!!?? Whats that supposed to mean?
I'm new to posting but I've been following ddf for about 2 yrs or so, I had a similar issue and spoke to them they said that it happens when they can't verify ur identity. She said that my best bet would be to open a account in Wal-Mart. I still haven't tried it out yet if it works, as I have other bb accounts
