I cancelled an Expedia booking and after a few days I disputed the charge that would soon be refunded... I was just impatient. Now, I see the amount was refunded twice. I assumed that one was the temporary credit that they issue during disputes, but they claim he dispute is "closed".... My card is closed and the amount is over $5000. I've explaining the situation to CS supervisors but they don't understand. Can I just keep it? Will they forsure take it back?

Does anyone know what this means?

Quote
Sorry, your check-in request cannot be completed.
Travelers entering the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program are now required to have a travel authorization (ESTA) on file with the U.S. Government.
You will need to request or check the status of your travel authorization.
Once the ESTA is on file, you can return to complete check-in.
Certain documents, such as a U.S. resident card may not require an ESTA to be filed. If you hold a resident card or re-entry document for the U.S. and ESTA is not required, you will need to check-in at the airport.

made a couple of $500 transactions today, now it's blocked for fraud, need to send in couple of documents by mail only, they say the process can take a few weeks.

Every time you call from now until you cancel your card you will be transferred to the fraud department even after they've removed the block. At least that was/is my experience. I'll be sure to cite that as my sole reason for cancelling the card when the time comes :)

People have gotten that excuse but its HUCA'able.

Thanks. Approved for Ink despite failing to meet this "requirement" and requiring manual review. He asked why I had so many recently accounts but it wasn't an issue.
