https://labor.ny.gov/benefit-rate-calculator/
yup had used it and showed same rate I'm receiving,so I guess there's no fixed percentage? I'm seeing different percentage amounts reported

Benefit amounts are weekly, based on a percentage of your income up to a max.
right, was under the impression that there's a fixed percentage amount, trying to figure that out

How are UI benefits calculated? Just checked my current benefit amount and it's reflecting just over 40% my usual monthly pay check (didn't hit max receivable amount )

I got an email that my claim is complete and I will get a letter saying how much $ I will get. (NY)
did they call you back after you filed?

It is. You might need to request if they don't do automatically. It's for all claims between 3/28 and 7/31, regardless if you certified those claims on time, or put in a request to certify after the fact.

Itís supposed to be retroactive, but the $600 federal bonus is only for weekly benefits since 4/5, so not all the way back to March and earlier.
thank you

Dont know about NJ but in NY you need to certify every week. When they approve you should get for all weeks. Doesnt really work that way with the $600 AFAIK
600$ is not retroactive?

Not at all, but many who got that message had their claims approved without a call. Just check your account daily to see if you're able to start certifying claims. If you can, your application was processed.
thanks

Make sure when you file your initial application do indicate last day worked as 4/1 so that you don't run into troubles when seeking backpay.
will do, thanks!

What's the earliest day ui can be filed for? The current online form seems to point at 04/20/20. Can an earlier date be filed for/collected? Was just furloughed starting 04/01

You're missing the point, if we believe him that the nurse hit him because hes lazy or whatever..

1) doesn't mean all nurses are bad, could be a few bad ones.
2) there is a way to treat a human being like a mench & not like a dog & age doesnt matter
+1
This isn't neglect (if true),it's battery at minimum
