But they wont be getting money to pay off thier credit card bill, until frozen accounts are unfrozen or until inventory is sold off, and if that takes a year they're down +/- 26%. If they had 100k on CCs they will be out 26k they dont have.

but that's not what they are telling the card holders, so sounds nice, but..
