It depends on the card and is not always the last 4. These you run as credit and not debit.

One more question, Im a N00b to Visa GC's, When I swipe to load on to Target prepaid, do I need a Pin, is it the last 4 digits of the card or do i need to get it somewhere?

What would be the best way to go about it?
Having the same question, I applied (And got approved) last month, would that change anything since I since I didn't yet received the bones as the month isn't over yet?
Will I get the prime along with it?

Why would it say that, if it only says you can use debit, doesn't really mention credit..?

True, it also doesn't say one can use a regular credit card.. It only says debit...
