Am I the only one having serious FOMO from not selling/buying something with @rileywiles23

@rileywiles23 what are you selling? I want in on this too.
Lol, thanks for the heads up to this thread. Good stuff.

No issue here.

Interesting that it's marked enough for you to notice.
I attribute short temperedness on the internet to quarantine.  Not enough purposeful things to do.
Very noticeable since March.
Quarantine and anxiety for sure. Covid side effect, unclear.

"Native Americans have long criticized the sculpture, in part because it was built on what had been Indigenous land. "

Should we tell the NYT that Manhattan was also indigenous land?
Time to give the entire US back?

That works too :)

Speak for yourself. When I wear a mask I need to open it up to get a few breaths of air every couple of minutes. Yes, it is an imposition.
Get a better mask.

Stripped down in what way?

I just got myself a good lease deal (effective $135/month everything rolled in after EV rebate) on the 2020 Hyundai Ioniq electric. I'm very impressed with it. Almost the same MSRP as the Model 3, but Teslas lease horribly. Hyundai does throw in a lot of features at the base model, and it definitely has the effortless drive of an EV.

$32,500 in NJ after $5,000 EV rebate. And no sales tax on EVs in NJ.
Awesome!
$30K if you buy the in-store stripped down version, but probably worth getting the $32.5K.

How much do they run after basic upgrades?
You don't need them.

I spoke with Chase, and they told me my only two options were get a credit voucher for the named traveler (expiring 12/31/2021) or pay $270 to cancel.
Chase doesn't have miles.
