I returned a car with a visible damage at a European location over 10 days ago. I haven't heard back regarding the costs of repair etc. Any idea how long it can take?

Here they talk about 282 seats, i.e 787-9

The new service will be offered three times weekly, with flights departing O’Hare on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday using a 282-seat Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, offering three service classes: Business, Premium and Economy.
