COVID-19 Discussion Board / Re: Coronavirus Stimulus Aid Package

It doesn't, although agencies don't seem to be aware so an appeal might be needed. Check the Unemployment thread for more on this.
regular unemployment counts. the pdf you linked in the unemployment thread is talking about the extra $600

i tried re-certifying at my appointed time and got a message to call in because "your certification can not be processed". i tried calling in, and the automated system says that call volume is too high, please call back another day. what do i do now?
(i took a screenshot, and i sent an email through the contact-us option.) anything else to do but wait?
(i am still "pending" for 3 weeks and never recieved any mail)
NJ regular UI
i called one of the numbers and tried certifying over the phone, i got a response that i cant certify because there is something wrong with my application and therefore i should open a new claim. when i try and open a new claim it says that i have an existing claim...

any ideas?

COVID-19 Discussion Board / Re: Residential Mortgages
« on: April 28, 2020, 03:35:30 PM »
If it's a Freddie Mac mortgage they're supposed to give you 180 days, with the ability to extend for another 180 days. You do not have to supply any supporting documentation to prove hardship, as long as you certify their forbearance agreement that you are.

They're taking you on a ride here...
thanx. could be because i "applied around a month ago" before all the details of the cares act were available. when i call in to recertify next month i will definitely ask them about it

any updates on this? my mortgage company let me do forbearance on a month by month basis, they have to approve me every month. my mortgage company is owned by freddie mac. Do i have to be worried about my credit if i do this forbearance?

What happens to industries such as sales? Say the salesman went onto unemployment as there were no sales and thus no commission, is he allowed to answers his customers emails/calls? Or is that considered working even though there is no pay?
speak to your employer. my wife's employer realized that no sales are being made and he furloughed all the workers. regarding answering calls and emails. i told my wife to refer all her clients to her boss, who is still working.

I spoke to the Branch manager and they said if I do a 10min Rental it doesn't count to extend points expiry, is that true?
i did this in lakewood branch. I walked in paid for 1 day, and returned it a minute later. Extended my points for 18 months

filed 2018 without DD.
recently filed 2019 with DD.
today i finally changed from "status not available", to "enter your bank info"

Additional Verification Information
Please enter the following information from your 2019 tax return (filed in 2020) if you already filed. If you have not filed your 2019 tax return or it has not been processed, please use the information from your 2018 tax return (filed in 2019).

what does it mean "processed"? my e-file, was already filed and accepted by the IRS, but I didn't yet receive my refund for 2019.

i had a kid in 2019, so obviously would rather put in that info

i am possibly going for 3 days to ANC. day 1 we are chartering a boat and going fishing. day 2 the others are going bear watching, but that is sold out for me. day 3 we are going dog sledding on glacier.
what is the most worth it for me to do alone on day 2 when the others are bear watching?
so i got the choices down to 2 options. bear watching or a cruise to see the glaciers. what is the must-do? bear (pun intended) in mind that i am going dogsledding on a glacier, so i will see some glacier action...
if anyone sees this, please respond soon, because the trip is monday! thanx
