Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not please direct me to the correct topic.

We are 5 people stuck in AMS coming from KBP to NYC via AMS on KLM, we missed our connection flight in AMS we called KLM they say that they wont rebook us on a later flight  our points are forfeited and we need to rebook as a new reservations. Is that the case, anything we can do. Whats our best option to get to NY now?
Was it booked as one flight connecting in AMS? If so, they should accommodate you.

You guys are funny. Do you really think that United Refuah doesn't have actuaries who calculate the risk, etc?

I'm not sure why anyone here, besides CM, would pick Liberty Health Share over United Refuah...

I am uncertain your exact circumstances of the above story. However I can tell you that there seems to be a divide on how to call a mezuzah kosher lchatchila some sofrim are rushed to call something non-kosher and others have the opinion that they are kosher kist not mehudar. (Seems needs to be explained that means kosher lchatchila and obviously kosher bdieved)
Imagine every time someone goes to a Rav for a Sheila and the Rav will say it's not good. Obviously not because the Rav knows the importance of this matter and would look to make it good to upmost ability. Regarding in safrus there is opinions that hold these mezuzahs are kosher and certain people cannot take that
If you bothered to join and make an account, please try to post something coherent that we simple people we could understand. I have absolutely no clue what you're trying to say here.

Because he needs to.
Why would the seller pass the savings through to the buyer and not keep it himself?

Why would he negotiate his price down and not just make more money?
Because he needs to.

It doesn't work that way.

The seller doesn't/can't add 40k on to his asking price in order to cover his broker fees. The market dictates what his listing price is.
Correct. Therefore, if the seller doesn't go through the agent, he has more negotiating room.

I have just one more thing to point out.
When a deal goes through for an agent. They make decent money on the deal. Do you know how many deals didnít go through that they were working on? They also have to bread on the table. It just so happens that the one deal out of 100 that goes through brings in big money. It is like this in many industries.
I wasn't the one who didn't like that agents make money. All I said was that a seller wants to walk away with a certain amount after a sale, and an agent taking a percentage is an expense that eats into that amount.

While of course the seller wants to keep the most to himself, if he has a broker he has 3% less to work with. So, if he gets rid of the broker, then he has an additional 3% to work with, and come to an agreement with the buyer.

Not to that extent.
Realtors may be aggressive but I find it pretty dumb to say they are making $60k in one sitting.
They probably worked on that deal for 3 months. Spent $ on advertising it. Have secretaries they need to pay. Etc
And just as an FYI, in TR and Jackson you will rarely find a seller paying 6%. Max 5% but more commonly 4%
I'm not sure what you're replying to? Fish Tank asked if sellers give a discount if there is no realtors involved. The answer is a resounding, "YES"!
