Not luxurious wouldn't bother me but it has a lot of bad reviews regarding cleanliness.

BWI area has several good options that you can book with points. It may be 20-25 minutes drive into Baltimore, however the extra 10 min may be worthwhile for you.

App- crispy rice with spice tuna, was very good but Shallots is better imo.
Main- burger with short rib & onion marmalade,  absolutely fantastic one of the best burgers I've ever had, loaded with flavor.
Dessert- olive oil cake, was delicious & stunning presentation.

Overall excellent & would definitely come back for a full dinner. Service was a little erratic but hopefully the kinks are still being worked out.
