So it takes 3-4 days for the pending charge to settle. I think this offer is still 12/7. If I made a transaction on 12/7 I would get a offer used email but will the points get credited for this as the transaction would be settled after 12/7?

Anybody have experience with this ?

how long did it take for the credit to post?

for att .. it posted same day to max within 1-2 days... only if email received..

I guess verizon should be the same..

Not sure if it’s the same issue with small business.. but for personal the difference in charges are as below. I think Att changed something on their end.


Att Bill Payment - last month working email and credit
Att phone payment - this month no email..

Thought I should share this.. I made payments in nov on different accounts and people didn't receive emails.. even on an account which worked fine multiple times last month.. not sure what changed..

i dont think multiple people forgot to add the offer etc..

So I heard about clawbacks on previous offers used multiple times by same user.

I want to know if there is 1 primary card and 2 add on cards in different names and ssn, can the offer be used 3 times - once per card member or it will be clawbacked for add on users if primary member has already used the offer ?
