Respect! Impressive planning an execution!

Sadly, it looks worse than doubtful:

...but only 26 checked in, so still a chance I guess. UA84 also shows overbooked.

What's the cheapest way to fly NJ to Miami. Dates are flexible

Because when it comes to Israel everything is controversial.
You could just caption each photo of food or activities as your BIL.

For those with MDW experience, do you agree that a tarmac delay (more than just a brief one) is unlikely? Of course it's possible, but I'm just trying to make the most informed decision....
It's not unusual for flights bound for EWR (and anywhere in the NYC area) to be subject to ground-holds and in-air holding patterns during high congestion or in case of even minor weather events.

DW is craving a French onion soup with cheese on top. Any restaurant recommendations?

Correction to the charts: When searching FLL-YUL, you show Asia Miles as an option for redemption on AC. redemptions on AC using Asia Miles are only available for certain Canadian domestic routes and not available on any US routes.

Pretty much the same. It's an amazing car. A true paradigm shift from ICE cars, as it it's downright painful to drive any ICE car, even a luxury one.
That being said, service is abysmal and their wildly fluctuating pricing strategy is annoying.
Since initial purchase, have you had to get any service? I've not, but not looking forward to it.  I also find the price fluctuations annoying, but have much more peace of mind now that I no longer follow their news updates.

Looking forward to planning a road trip from FLL to Quebec in our Model 3 (MR (disappointing that I didn't wait a month to get a LR for about the same price, but don't get me started!) next month! DW is particularly looking forward to trying EAP on a long-haul road trip.

Nice! I couldn't get around the restrictions on my cell. Wonder if my tablet could've browsed unrestricted.
My iPhone was limited to email and whatsapp. Laptop (over work VPN) worked fine to all websites.

Up In The Air / Elal Premium Class (Report - YYZ-TLV)
« on: June 13, 2019, 05:22:17 PM »
Wrapping up a YYZ-TLV round trip in W (Premium):

We checked in 2.5 hours prior to departure at YYZ and there was no line for either Y or Premium, though we did notice that Premium had a dedicated line. There was no line at TLV to clear pre-security using the lane for Premium. Regular Y appeared to have about a 45 min-1 hour wait. Returning our rental car to Terminal 1 at T- 2.5 hours gave us enough time to make it to check bags with the kids and still have time to pick up a Yarden Cab at Shmoozy (using Priority Pass + 2 guests) prior to heading to the gate for boarding.

We liked the two window section seats in the last row (20). Nice to have no one behind you and there is good privacy with the curtain to regular Y kept shut for the whole flight. Some like the bulkhead seats, but I find they are too close to the galley and forward lavatories.

Service is good, but inconsistent. On the outbound, we received hot towels - but not on the return from TLV.

beverage service (with full display of liquors and wines) was from a cart on the return, but not on the outbound. Although a wine list was provided showing two reds and two whites, in reality, they only distributed one of each.

Flight attendants were all fine - a couple were genuinely very good. Premium has dedicated cabin attendants and it shows.

All in all, happy to have paid the incremental $300 on a $900 round trip economy ticket.
